A: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping generally takes 14-24 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once a package is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. HighEndReUps is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
