Shipping Policy

At HighEndReUps, we aim to process and ship your order efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [1–4 business days] after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs (for international orders).


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.


4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • HighEndReUps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship.


6. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship US and Mexico only.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
